Art Processors x MONA
The O Queuer

About

Art Processors were responsible for the very first iteration of The O app for a museum, MONA, with no wall labels.

What David Walsh, Museum of Old and New Art’s founder, also did not care for, was queues. So fast forward a handful of years later, The O looked to find ways to virtually queue visitors so they were free to roam while they waited to be summoned. As the number of queue-able exhibitions grew, so did their queuing variations and as a result it was time to expand The Queuer.

We added the feature of timed group entry, the ability to pre-pay or pay at the door and a “jump the queue” feature to prioritise last minute spots to visitors nearby in the queue.
